In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of fast food and fast casual restaurant apps on the Android platform in Germany revealed interesting trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, McDonald’s Deutschland saw weekly downloads fluctuate, beginning at around 19.8K and peaking at 27.3K in early September. Meanwhile, weekly active users hovered around 1.7M, showing minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.
Subway Deutschland experienced a stable download pattern, with numbers ranging from 8.8K to 12.4K. Active users increased significantly, starting at approximately 83.5K and reaching over 105K by September.
For Burger King Deutschland, weekly downloads saw a gradual increase, culminating at 12.1K by the end of September. Active users also trended upward, rising from 420K to over 524K.
Recipes - All My Meals demonstrated notable revenue generation, with weekly earnings ranging from $2.8K to $7.9K. Downloads were highest in late July, reaching around 19.6K, and active users were not tracked.
Finally, Bitburger showed a decline in downloads towards the end of the quarter, from an initial 11.2K to just 110. Active users also decreased significantly from 67K to about 3K.
